TRAINING THURSDAY: Sharpen Your Edge Through Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

Kerry and Jordan talk about this week’s ICBA Training featured course.

They say "all of today's problems were caused by yesterday's solutions." Sound familiar?

In today's fast-moving business environment, effective problem solving isn't optional — it's essential. Yet too often, the fixes we apply create new headaches or fail to gain traction because key stakeholders weren't brought on board.

ICBA's Critical Thinking & Problem Solving workshop, delivered by Kwela Leadership, gives leaders the practical tools to break that cycle. In just 3.5 hours online, you'll learn how to think more broadly, involve the right people, and develop creative solutions that actually stick — using real challenges from your own organization.

Key areas covered include SWOT analysis, systems thinking, creativity tools, stakeholder planning, risk analysis, and more.

Applicable to leaders at all levels, this workshop turns theory into immediate, on-the-job action.

Next session: March 11, 2026 | 8:30 AM–12:00 PM PDT | From $285 (member rate)
