Seamless Support From Day One

As Canada’s industry leader in apprenticeship sponsorship in the construction trades, ICBA takes care of the complex parts: registering with the provincial apprenticeship authority, tracking hours, submitting certification applications, helping with bursaries and tax-credits — so apprentices and employers can focus on the work, not the paperwork.

  • We sponsor apprentices across dozens of trades
  • Easy registration process for apprentices and employers.
  • We monitor school hours, work-hours and support certification.
  • Bursary and incentive programs included.
  • Employers stay focused on projects; we handle administrative burden.
