Foundations of Leadership is an eight-session, in-person program built for foremen, superintendents and project managers making that jump on purpose. Led by Tim Gonsalves, Director of Leadership Learning, you'll work through Maxwell, Sinek, Lencioni and Covey, applied to the scenarios you actually face: scope disputes with subs, hard conversations with crew, delegation that holds.

Every enrolment includes a DISC assessment with a guided debrief, the Foundations manual and toolkit, weekly progress updates to your manager, and NEW: Site Huddle — a three-month alumni program with bi-weekly online sessions led by an industry leadership professional.
