Last week, ICBA called for Labour Minister Harry Bains to appoint a special mediator to get a deal in the month-long Lehigh strike, which has crippled BC's concrete supply. So far, he's refusing to act -- meaning higher costs, delays and more pain for BC builders and project owners.
