Emails, RFIs, incident reports, scope clarifications, letters to owners and inspectors — every one of them can save a headache or start a dispute, depending on how clearly it's written. This course teaches you how to use AI tools to do that writing faster and better, without losing your own voice.
Over 3.5 hours, Eric Tung walks you through a practical writing process — planning, drafting, revising — and shows exactly where AI fits in. You'll learn to use AI to generate ideas and outlines, adjust tone for different readers (a foreman reads differently than an owner or a supplier), and tighten grammar, clarity, and conciseness during editing. You'll also learn where AI falls short, so you know when to trust it and when to take the wheel yourself.
