Respect on Site: Legal Compliance Training for Bullying & Harassment is a practical, no-nonsense course built for B.C. construction workplaces—because on the tools or in the trailer, respect isn’t optional… it’s the law.
Under B.C.’s Workers Compensation Act and WorkSafeBC OHS Regulations, workers, forepersons, and employers must understand what bullying and harassment look like, and what’s required to prevent and respond to it. This live online training meets required onboarding/refresher expectations and clearly separates normal jobsite banter from behaviour that crosses the line.
You’ll learn how to spot toxic patterns early, understand your legal duties, and take the right steps to prevent, respond to, and report issues—before they become a safety risk or a compliance problem.
