As Client Operations Specialist for ICBA Benefits, you will be supporting one of the largest Third Party Administrators in Canada, and will be responsible for a variety of key functions including: onboarding new clients, assisting clients with Short and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance claims ensuring all required paperwork is received within time limits, reporting service levels for the organization, andperforming complex mail-merges for mass communications. All these duties involve uncompromising service levels and deadlines, and require a high degree of accuracy, and an innate adeptness with systems, applications and data.
